CONDITIONS OF ENTRY       

1. Respondents are either emailed a URL link and invited to participate in an online survey or they click on a website banner and complete an online survey. Participants once screened who are eligible to participate in the research study will be entered into the prize draw once the online survey is completed.
   
   
2. Employees and their immediate families of I-view Pty. Ltd, Zoom Direct Pty. Ltd. and any agencies associated with this research are ineligible to enter.
   
   
3. Start date for the promotion is 01/09/2007. 
   

   Draw 1 entries commences 12.00am AEST 01/09/2007 and close 11.59pm AEST on the 30/09/2007. The draw will take place at 10am, 12/10/2007, at I-view, Level 11, 80 Arthur Street, North Sydney NSW 2060. The winners will be notified in writing after the draw and a public notice will also be placed in The Australian on 18/10/2007.

   Draw 2 entries commences 12.00am AEST 01/10/2007 and close 11.59pm AEST on the 31/10/2007. The draw will take place at 10am, 09/11/2007, at I-view, Level 11, 80 Arthur Street, North Sydney NSW 2060. The winners will be notified in writing after the draw and a public notice will also be placed in The Australian on 15/11/2007.

   Draw 3 entries commences 12.00am AEST 01/11/2007 and close 11.59pm AEST on the 30/11/2007. The draw will take place at 10am, 07/12/2007, at I-view, Level 11, 80 Arthur Street, North Sydney NSW 2060. The winners will be notified in writing after the draw and a public notice will also be placed in The Australian on 13/12/2007.

   Draw 4 entries commences 12.00am AEST 01/12/2007 and close 11.59pm AEST on the 31/12/2007. The draw will take place at 10am, 18/01/2008, at I-view, Level 11, 80 Arthur Street, North Sydney NSW 2060. The winners will be notified in writing after the draw and a public notice will also be placed in The Australian on 24/01/2007.

   Draw 5 entries commences 12.00am AEST 01/01/2008 and close 11.59pm AEST on the 31/01/2008. The draw will take place at 10am, 08/02/2008, at I-view, Level 11, 80 Arthur Street, North Sydney NSW 2060. The winners will be notified in writing after the draw and a public notice will also be placed in The Australian on 14/02/2007.

   Draw 6 entries commences 12.00am AEST 01/02/2007 and close 11.59pm AEST on the 29/02/2007. The draw will take place at 10am, 07/03/2008, at I-view, Level 11, 80 Arthur Street, North Sydney NSW 2060. The winners will be notified in writing after the draw and a public notice will also be placed in The Australian on 13/03/2008.

   Draw 7 entries commences 12.00am AEST 01/03/2008 and close 11.59pm AEST on the 31/03/2008. The draw will take place at 10am, 11/04/2008, at I-view, Level 11, 80 Arthur Street, North Sydney NSW 2060. The winners will be notified in writing after the draw and a public notice will also be placed in The Australian on 17/04/2008.

   Draw 8 entries commences 12.00am AEST 01/04/2008 and close 11.59pm AEST on the 30/04/2008. The draw will take place at 10am, 09/05/2008, at I-view, Level 11, 80 Arthur Street, North Sydney NSW 2060. The winners will be notified in writing after the draw and a public notice will also be placed in The Australian on 15/05/2008.

   Draw 9 entries commences 12.00am AEST 01/05/2008 and close 11.59pm AEST on the 31/05/2008. The draw will take place at 10am, 13/06/2008, at I-view, Level 11, 80 Arthur Street, North Sydney NSW 2060. The winners will be notified in writing after the draw and a public notice will also be placed in The Australian on 19/06/2008.

   Draw 10 entries commences 12.00am AEST 01/06/2008 and close 11.59pm AEST on the 30/06/2008. The draw will take place at 10am, 11/07/2008, at I-view, Level 11, 80 Arthur Street, North Sydney NSW 2060. The winners will be notified in writing after the draw and a public notice will also be placed in The Australian on 17/07/2008.

4. The total prize value per draw is:

5. If any of the prizes remain unclaimed, despite all reasonable efforts to contact the prize winner and following approval from the NSW department of Gaming and Racing and subject to SA regulations, the prize will be forfeited and a further draw will be conducted for any unclaimed prize/s at I-view, 11/80 Arthur Street, North Sydney NSW 2060 at 10am on 07/11/2008.
